Return & Refund Policy – The Wholly Roast
Because our coffee is a perishable food product, all coffee purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thewhollyroast.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
We stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
